any idea where it's from? I know there's been plenty of posts about "best" GD years - but how bout JGB years? It would be interesting to see the variations. I've said before I preferred JGB shows to GD shows and I would even say 81 was one of the best.

Absolutely. JGB has equal billing for me.

While Jerry was “trainwrecking” some of the Dead shows leading up to the end, how where his JGB shows? Was he showing up in good shape for those? I am just realizing that I don’t have any JGB after 10-31-92. I guess I have been subconsciously blocking those out, as I do with the Grateful Dead after Brent left.

funny-that's one yr earlier than the last time I saw him (JGB), He aint give you none,Forever Young,Lay Down Sally,Wonderful World,Werewolves (1 of 6 he did - all on Halloween) - I would say he blew alot less JGB gigs than GD ones - maybe cause he didn't have to jell w/anyone? who knows.
